7. Intellectual Property

All content on Bosco Fior Lounge — including games, graphics, text, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Bosco Fior S.r.l.. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Game Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove social casino games at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bosco Fior S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bosco Fior Lounge. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the preceding 12 months.

Bosco Fior Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Social casino outcomes are generated for entertainment and have no real-world value.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@boscofiorsrl.com. Upon termination, your access to {CURRENCY} and account data will be revoked.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milano, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
